For unframed prints:
Please allow up to 7 business days for UK delivery. For international shipping, please allow up to 12 business days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Prints are sent 1st class, signed for and tracked, safely packaged inside a postal tube. Returns are accepted within 21 days of the purchase date, and only if the print is still in brand new condition. Return postage & packaging fees are to be covered by the buyer. Please contact me via email to start your return process.
For framed, original paintings:
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for UK delivery, as professional framing takes time and is packaged appropriately. For international shipping, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Original artwork is sent 1st class, tracked and signed for. Original paintings can only be refunded or returned within the UK (unless damaged on arrival). UK returns accepted within 25 days of purchase.
Please note - courier deliveries are not covered by insurance, this is an additional extra.
Shipping outside of the UK may result in additional custom charges, costs for which would be endured by the purchaser.
